Andrew Stotland graduated from Babson in 2000. In 2006 Stotland started FrontFour Capital Capital Group, LLC, an event-driven hedge fund firm focusing on fundamental analysis and catalysts. Prior to starting FrontFour, Stotland was in charge of marketing for Pirate Capital.
Richard Bartels, Owner Coolidge Rock Capital
Richard Bartels earned his MBA in 1974 from Babson and currently owns Coolidge Rock Capital, which provides third party marketing to hedge funds and fund of hedge funds. Bartels is one of the cofounders of Rosenberg Institutional Equity Management, which raised $10 billion in assets under management in 4 years. The company is the predecessor firm to AXA-Rosenberg and manages over $200 billion.

Professor Michael Harrity
Mr. Harrity joined the Babson College faculty in the fall of 1997 following four years on the Advisory Board of Babson's Center for Real Estate. Mr. Harrity has spent 20 years in the commercial real estate industry including his current role as Managing Director of Matrix Real Estate Advisors, Inc., a consulting firm that provides strategic advice to real estate investors and users, asset management for individual and institutional owners, and advisory services for capital transactions.Prior to founding Matrix, Mr. Harrity was a principal of Commonwealth Realty Associates, Inc., which advised institutional clients on commercial property acquisitions and sales. From its founding in 1982 until 1993, Mr. Harrity was a vice president and principal of Copley Real Estate Advisors, Inc., where he oversaw a portion of the firm's $6 billion investment in joint ventures, managed local development projects, and directed work-outs for troubled investments. Areas of expertise include finance and real estate investment.

Mr Febres-Mazzei is a real esate analyst for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP (HFF). As one of the largest and most successful commercial real estate capital intermediaries in the country, HFF incorporates capital markets knowledge with local real estate knowledge to successfully complete any type of real estate transaction, regardless of size or complexity. Mr Febres Mazzei completed his two year MBA in Babson in 2006. He is also a ULI Young Leader.
David Levy, Vice President Pembroke Real Estate
David Levy has more than 20 years of real estate acquisitions, research and strategic consulting experience to Pembroke serving as Vice President of Research, Investment and Strategy. He is a member of Pembroke’s internal investment committee and is responsible for steering the evaluation of all existing and prospective investments, sourcing and recommending new opportunities and helping to develop Pembroke’s strategic plan on a global basis. Prior to joining Pembroke, David was President of Milestone Investment Research, Inc., a privately-held real estate consulting and technology firm that specialized in global risk management and investment performance. He also served as Director of Research for Boston-based Liberty Real Estate Group, Inc., where he helped guide the company’s real estate investment strategies. Ted Trivers, Senior Vice President, Director of Underwriting, Boston Capital
Mr. Trivers is responsible for the underwriting and coordination of due diligence of all of BCRE investments. From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Trivers served as the Director of Due Diligence and Underwriting, in Boston Capital's tax credit group and served as a voting member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Trivers also served as Director of Acquisitions, in that group from 2002 to 2003. Prior to joining Boston Capital, Mr. Trivers was Treasurer of New England Communities, Inc., a regional real estate acquisition, asset management and property management company located in MA.
